Tested before it ships
We hold no third-party certificates yet, and we will not imply otherwise. What we do have is a documented in-house test regime, a four-point inspection standard, and an open door for your nominated inspection agency.
Yarn intake
Count, twist and strength checked per bale against the supplier's certificate. Non-conforming lots are quarantined, not blended.
On the loom
Pick density and width verified every [N] metres. Stop marks, reed marks and float faults logged by loom and shift.
After finishing
GSM, shrinkage, shade against the approved lab-dip, water repellency and hand-feel signed off before the roll is put up.
Pre-shipment
Four-point inspection on [%] of rolls, packing verified against the list, and a photographed lot file issued with the documents.

Testing of dyed and finished articles scheduled once the current dyestuff range is finalised. Target [YEAR].
GOTS (organic line)
Applies only to the organic cotton construction. Yarn is already supplied with transaction certificates.
Buyer-nominated audit
BSCI, SMETA or a buyer’s own social and technical audit can be booked at the mill on [N] days’ notice.
Buyers requiring certified goods today can nominate SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas for lot-by-lot inspection at our cost centre — the mill is open to audit on [N] days’ notice.

Pre-shipment inspection can be witnessed in person or over video, with sample cuts couriered to your lab before the container is stuffed. Nothing sails on an unanswered query.
