02 · What we weave

Fabric by the roll

6 oz to 24 oz. Plain, twill, ripstop, herringbone. Greige, piece-dyed, printed. Widths to [WIDTH] cm, put up on rolls of [LENGTH] m.

Finishes on request

Wax, water-repellent, PU and PVC lamination, flame-retardant, anti-fungal, sanforised. Finish recipes are recorded per order and repeatable batch to batch.

Cut and sewn goods

Workwear, aprons, tool bags, totes, tarpaulins, awnings and covers — made to your pattern and label, or developed from our blocks.

Seven markets, documented

Every shipment leaves with the paperwork its destination expects — certificate of origin, packing list, commercial invoice, and any pre-shipment conformity documents your customs broker needs.

    Four-point inspection in-line and on the final roll, with a report per lot.

    Documents & sailing

    FCL or LCL from [PORT], with B/L, origin certificate and inspection file sent ahead of arrival.

05 · Quality control

The roll you approve is the roll that sails

Yarn count, GSM, tensile and tear strength, shrinkage, colourfastness and water repellency are checked in-house to recognised test methods, and third-party verified on request at your nominated lab.
