Seven steps from your first message to the container at your port. Each one names who does what, and how long it takes.

Enquiry
Send construction, weight, width, colour, quantity, port and incoterm. A named export executive is assigned to your account on the first reply.

Quotation
Costed offer with FOB and CIF figures, MOQ, lead time and a sailing window. Valid [N] days against yarn price movement.

Sampling
Hanger sample and lab-dip couriered for signature. Approved samples are sealed, numbered and archived against the order.

Order & terms
Proforma invoice issued. Production is scheduled on L/C receipt or advance, and you get the loom allocation date in writing.

Production
Weaving, finishing and cut-and-sew with in-line inspection. Progress photographs sent at [N]% and [N]% completion.

Inspection & packing
Four-point inspection, roll-by-roll packing list, and your marks and labels applied. Third-party or witnessed inspection on request.

Terms we trade on

Commercial invoice and packing list, roll by roll
Bill of lading, telex release available
Certificate of origin, chamber attested
Mill test report and four-point inspection file
Fumigation and container condition certificates where required
Pre-shipment conformity documents for the destination, when your broker specifies them

Destination conformity schemes change; the developer should keep this block editable in the CMS rather than hard-coded.
